2. Eligibility

• Be the lawful owner of any items you consign.

3. Consignment of Items

When you consign items with Sprout Kids, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the items and have the right to sell them.
• Items must be clean, safe, and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.
• By providing item photos and descriptions, you grant Sprout Kids the right to display and use them for purposes of selling the items.

4. Pricing and Sales

• Sprout Kids will set or recommend pricing for items, though we may consider your input.
• Once sold, items cannot be returned to you unless otherwise agreed.
• You will receive payment for sold items according to the payout schedule communicated by Sprout Kids (e.g., a percentage of the sale price).

5. Unsold Items

• Unsold items may be returned to you or donated, this information is discussed during your Consignor Signup discussion.
• If not reclaimed, unsold items may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.

6. Payments

• Payouts will be made to you (usually the same day as item sold) using the method agreed upon (e.g., Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal).
• Payments may be subject to processing times.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

7. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
• Post or upload false, misleading, or harmful content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sprout Kids website (logo, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by Sprout Kids and may not be used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sprout Kids is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to items consigned with us, though we take reasonable care in handling them.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the item or the amount paid to you for the item, whichever is less.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
